1. Service Description
PriveFlow is a non-custodial routing service that enables users to send and receive cryptocurrency privately by routing transactions through multiple independent third-party exchange providers. PriveFlow does not hold, custody, control, or have access to user funds at any point.
2. Eligibility
By using the Service, you represent that you:
- Are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity
- Are not a resident of the United States, United Kingdom, or any OFAC-sanctioned jurisdiction
- Are not listed on any sanctions list (OFAC SDN, UN, EU, UK HMT)
- Comply with all laws applicable to you
3. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, or any unlawful activity. We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.
4. No Custody, No Advice
PriveFlow is non-custodial. We never take possession of your funds. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
5. Transaction Finality
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for verifying the recipient address, amount, and network before sending. Sending to an incorrect address may result in permanent loss of funds.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.
7. Limitation of Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 100 OR THE FEES YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in any class action.
